"I may not be a direct customer with the Russell Content, yet my experience with the Agency since I have read its Review at the time when I needed to look for my sibling as he decided to transfer his Auto Insurance didn't at all went wrong. Instead, years since then to date. It just went well more than ever before after another sibling was referred into, and then a crucial decision to bundle the Auto Insurance, and another referral, a family friend was made, that was well accepted and appreciated as it handled not only promptly, but with a better fair deal. Can't be wrong if you end up with this Agency that is as open and as transparent as the Staff Personnel, where all your needs are laid down, so you end up in making an informed decision! Special mention here is with Ms. Nikki, with whom I have had a chance to converse with during the preliminaries, and lately, with Ms. Jule, while I hope when I get across within my network looking for Auto Insurance and the likes, will have no second thoughts but this Agency is one that comes to my mind."

"Not the least bit responsive for a claim I had. I never received a call. I feel that the insurance businesses do not need brokers if they do not advocate for their customers. He bought my Agent status alignment from Susan Quick. Best of the Best. He probably has a bunch of high end earners and clients. He offered no customer support whatsoever. If you make big bucks he will surely kiss your toes in my opinion. Nonexistent experience per my claim. It went south as well. Messed up. I just sold the car really cheaply. He may not know his clientele spectrum at all.."

"Editing my 5 Star review from 4 years ago to a 2 Star Review: After 4 years of using Russell Content and his team, I have yet to ever speak to or communicate with Russell Content. His team has not been helpful to answer my questions and continually and only refers me to the national State Farm hotline. I am currently seeking a new agent. Four years ago: The Russell Content State Farm team is outstanding! I have been impressed with their fast response times and great service. Each team member I have worked with on email or on the phone is so helpful, friendly, and kind. John took the time to walk me through each of my policies and made sure I had the coverage I needed. I highly recommend this team!"

"I was a customer with Russell Content's office for over two (2) years and in that time frame, they increased my rate 3 times. I had no speeding tickets, no accidents, not 1 claim and yet my rates increased; I finally had enough of paying these high rates and switched. Here's the kicker - I cancelled my policies on a Friday; I emailed the office of Russell Content stating I wanted to cancel my policies and to not charge me on the upcoming bill date. I received an email back from this office acknowledging my cancellation. In addition, I had an agent of my new insurance company email this office a formal letter stating my previous policies with them has been cancelled and not to charge me as well as refund my balance. Here comes Tuesday, 2 business days later, and I get charged again. I've already called state farm customer support and informed them of this situation; needless to say the customer service rep also seemed surprise that I was billed after two (2) emails were sent and a acknowledgment of receipt from this office was sent back to me. I'm sill waiting for my full refund plus the balance of what I'm owed when I cancelled my policies. Completely unprofessional and very disappointing customer service from this office. Russell, i emailed your office and i was still billed."

"I was with State Farm for more than 12 yrs as customer. I have never looked for any other company, and I didn't have the need, no accidents, no problems, until my car was stolen on mid July. I contacted State Farm customer service to help me with the process and reimbursement. I also contacted my agent office as I should, not much help there because that is handled with other department. Month after the nightmare started, I called my agent let them know that I still don't have a car and I was charged full premium. They said ok we will send you the difference. I said fine. They didn't explain ANYTHING, no emails, no calls, no mail explaining what they did. I received a check for half of my monthly payment (by the way I haven't cashed the check yet). And last week I bought a new car, mid Sept. I called State Farm to say hey I have a new car could you please added to my policy... oh surprise, customer service informed me that I didn't have a policy in place. YES, THEY CANCELLED MY POLICY without informed me ANYTHING!!! Well, when I called about the premium payments, they decided to cancelled my policy like I did it on July when my car was stolen. Meaning in my history shows as 2 months without insurance. On records will mean that I will be a new driver and my history will not be taken in consideration. Even though they charged me with August payment. So, to give the benefit of the doubt to the agent, I called and told me hey this is happening what is going on... well RUDENESS START THERE... The guy I talked to call me liar, scream on the phone to me, told me that I need to take responsibility of my actions because I called the office and they just tried to help. WHAT THE HECK!!! you cancelled a policy without inform your clients and it is my RESPONSIBILITY? REALLY? On top of that he was rude, mistreated me on the phone to the point that I was so MAD AND ANGRY that I had to tell him to better hang up because I will say things that will be rude and probably nasty. I WAS SO SO MAD!!! I am not saying that I was a saint a that moment, but I told him you are so rude, you are screaming and being disrespectful. well he kept going on me. Then I said you know what I better let you go because my Latin blood is boiling to not end, so at that moment he decided to talk to me in Spanish. Like I was not understanding what he said (Make me feel even worst) Trust me I know when somebody is RUDE in English, Spanish or any other language. Funny is as soon as I arrived home and her my boyfriend deep voice, he changed his tone and apologized. What? he thought that I was poor, alone, and stupid woman? well you deal with wrong person!!! I don't need anybody to defend me for sure! Things don't stop there... finally he said he was going to help me and give me a temporary policy with a 50/50 chance to be cancelled again. I had to pay again the JULY, AUGUST (Which I had paid already) and SEPTEMBER to have this. I said you know what I need an insurance to pick up my new car and I did it. Well, yesterday I decided to review my bank statement the charge the amount and then reimbursed the money. I called again customer service to find out that my new car was NEVER register in their system. Again, I don't know how is Russel Content as person, but I know how is Gregory Ramos for sure, a rude person. So sad that you lost a valuable costumer that was with you for more than 12 years with a clean record."

"I cannot say enough great things about Greg with Russell Content State Farm. I was previously with another auto insurance agent for twelve years, and was extremely apprehensive about switching to another insurance, but my six month policy renewal rates kept going up, despite reaching out to my agent. I finally decided to pursue a competitor to see what they could offer. Greg was extremely patient with me. He took the time to find our what was most important to me regarding auto insurance, review coverage levels and answer the many questions I had. I didn't want to "trade down" for the sake of getting a better deal. I was pleasantly surprised that he was able to give me a policy that was cheaper than my current one and gave me the coverage levels I wanted. In fact, they were better in every single category! (I didn't reveal them until he told me what State Farm could provide). Also, my claim out-of-pocket deductible was lowered by half, and I even added renter's insurance! (I didn't have renter's with my other policy). All this, and still cheaper than with the competition! Greg has been amazing throughout the process. I firmly believe I'm in great hands! -Daniel R"
